Since we use predominantly natural ingredients with minimal preservatives, the shelf life of our handmade products can vary depending on the specific formulation and ingredients used. Generally, most of our products maintain their quality and effectiveness for 6 to 12 months from the time of purchase. To ensure you have the most accurate information, a 'Best Before' or expiry date is clearly marked on the packaging of each individual product. For best results and to extend shelf life, we recommend storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Our crafting studio in the City Centre of Kuala Lumpur is primarily a production and administrative space. While we don't have a retail storefront for walk-in visits or immediate purchases, we do occasionally host workshops or special events where visitors might have the opportunity to see our process or shop in person.
